Better make the classes around your current work schedule. There are no raises and very few positions that will actually get you a bump in pay. They go off of the idea that the quarterly bonus will make up for the need for a raise. You will not always get this bonus and the bonus amount constantly changes. There is so much drama and politics in this office that it isn't worth losing your mental health.

Remember, you won't be able to take a day off to collect yourself and set yourself straight again.

Favoritism is strong with this company. Pick your friends wisely. Clean up your act. You have a strong vision for your customers but you need to start with your employees. Happy employees create happy customers. Uncaring employees will no longer care about the customer experience. Stop promoting people who don't know what they are doing and only creating chaos. Stop hiring outside people into spots that should be filled with employees who already have the knowledge and experience needed to help the position thrive. I see that worked out well. They promote people whenever they feel like it.

You'll definitely get a succulent when you hit your one year mark, but a raise is probably out of the question. Morale is extremely low. They are stuck having to run off and fend for themselves in little corners and nooks in the office. Welcome to SoFi, guys! She asks people on her team to do the most ridiculous and random things that have absolutely no impact on the business, just to see who will slave away and do it. This company really takes care of you. The pay for what I do is more than fair, and I feel supported by my management team.

Many changes, all the time! This is synonymous with a start-up, so it's expected. No k match, but that is to be expected with all the other benefits mentioned above. How to manage a good work-life balance

Pros Culture, benefits, coworkers, fun, very rewarding. Cons The work life balance is hard. Pros Daily free catered lunches, fully stocked pantry, caring manager,. Cons Goals are a lot of the times impossible to achieve, they expect to get 15 apps per day, reviewed perfectly.


Pros They provide you leads, free lunch, and free health care. Cons Your pay is a forgivable draw expectation is a minimum of 13 funded loans a month however your payback on the draw will include OT, holiday pay, and vacation time all come out of your commission check. Advice to Management If you want to close loans we need a cleaner more streamlined process and everyone's pay should be effected if the loan doesn't close not just the LO's.
